Our menu reflects the chef’s childhood upbringing and the ingredients that define Nordic and Japanese regions. Each course gathers influences, techniques, and memories into a focused 10–12 course seafood-focused tasting menu.

Curated wine and non‑alcoholic pairings, along with seasonal add‑ons, are available via OpenTable or during your visit.
