Why is a 22% service fee included?

The 22% service charge helps support our team. 20% funds employee compensation and benefits, while 2% covers credit card processing fees. Additional gratuity is always appreciated, never expected, and is shared equally among our guest-facing staff.

Can I arrive before my reservation time?

You are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early for a drinks at our lounge before service. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare your table

Are children welcome?

Children aged 12 and older are welcome to join us. Please note that we do not offer a children's menu, and all guests dining with us will be served the tasting menu. 

What is you cancellation and/or rescheduling policy? 

As seating is limited, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. One complimentary reschedule is available if requested at least 72 hours in advance and any additional rescheduling requests may incur further fees.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can only be made through OpenTable or SevenRooms, our official booking platforms.

How far in advance can I book?

Reservations open 60 days in advance, with new dates becoming available on a rolling basis. If you have a special date you'd like to secure, please contact us by email and we'll do our best to assist with your booking. 

What if I am running late?

If you're running late, please email us at info@atsumerurestaurant.com. We can hold your table for up to 15 minutes and will do our best to accommodate you.

Is there a corkage fee? 

You're welcome to bring your own bottle. A $35 corkage fee per bottle applies.
